Of course, we don’t just do appliances. It’s in our name! In regards to our electrical work, we mainly handle residential. Our business is small but mighty!

Room hot but don’t want to drop $$ on split ac or the additional energy? We can install ceiling fans, fan-rated junction boxes and run power in rooms without a ceiling light. We can also troubleshoot your half-working ceiling fan. But sometimes it’s more cost effective to replace rather than repair. We are honest and will give you your best options.

We can also install EV chargers or run new lines like say for an air conditioner that’s tripping a breaker or that washlet you’ve wanted since that last Japan trip.

Sometimes it’s a toss-up between us or another trade. For example, your water heater isn’t cranking out hot water. Electrician or plumber? For pool lights, we can check power to the last point before going underwater but do not replace them; you can ask your pool company for that service.

We can help you find ways to make your garage — or any other room for that matter –brighter if needed.

In the case of smoke detectors, there are two types: battery and hardwired with battery backup. If you purchase them, we can help replace!

For customers wanting to put in a Ring doorbell or camera motion sensor, we can do so. Make sure you have strong WiFi at the location of install or your video might be spotty.

We can replace ranges, dishwashers, wall ovens, vent hoods, cooktops, bath vent fans, and over-the-counter microwaves. However, we do not do any cabinetry modifications, drywall patching, or disposal of the old appliances.

And of course we work on outlets, breakers, switches/dimmers, light fixtures, motion detectors, garbage disposals. In most cases, we’d prefer customers to supply materials because our tastes might not align.
