We get a lot of calls from folks asking, “What kind of stuff do you work on?”

For starters, we work on large household appliances like washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, ranges, cooktops, over-the-range microwaves, and ovens. We do not work on smaller appliances like counter microwaves, TVs, vacuums, or wine fridges.

Also, we work on American brands such as GE, Frigidaire, Kitchenaid, Kenmore, Whirlpool, and Maytag. We do NOT work on foreign brands like LG, Samsung, Bosch, Thermadore, Sanyo, Fisher & Paykel, Elba, Creda, Miele, Dacor, or specialty brands like Viking, Wolf, Subzero, Absocold.

(And if you haven’t heard of some of those, we hadn’t either! Until someone called!)

We are also unable to work on induction cooktops (convection is OK!), full-sized 2-piece stacked laundry appliances (one-piece laundry centers are OK!), or double-wall ovens (single is OK!). If your appliance is under warranty, please call your warranty provider as we do not do warranty work.
