Welcome to Woo’s Electrical LLC. By scheduling a service or allowing our technician to begin work, you (the customer) agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
We value our technicians’ time and our customers’ schedules. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Untimely cancellations may be subject to handling or return charges.
A non-refundable Diagnostic Fee is charged for all non-warranty service visits. This covers travel and the technician’s professional assessment.
To ensure a professional and safe environment, Woo’s Electrical LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at the technician’s discretion. In these cases, a standard service fee will still apply. Reasons for refusal include, but are not limited to:
Moving appliances carries inherent risks to the unit and the surrounding property (flooring, cabinetry, countertops, etc.).
Our standard fee covers the removal or installation of an appliance provided no modifications to cabinetry, flooring, or existing fixtures are required. This does not include the repair or modification of gas, water, or electrical systems (e.g., valves, junction boxes, or dryer vents).
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all utility systems (gas, water, electric, drainage) meet local building codes and are ready for connection. We do not verify code compliance.
Failed Installation: If an installation cannot be completed because the site was not properly prepared, a standard service call fee will be charged.
Materials: Quoted fees do not include parts like vent hoses, water lines, or gas fittings.
Labor: An additional charge applies for installations requiring two technicians (e.g., stacked units or wall ovens).
